Over the last year we have enjoyed celebrating Dylan Thomas’ Centenary year with people and organisations throughout Wales, the UK and the world (whether it’s been in person or through our Facebook and Twitter communities).
We really hope that you feel the same way and this very brief survey (sorry, a dreaded survey, but it will only take 5 to 10 minutes to complete) will really help us to find out what you liked (or indeed didn’t like) what we got right and what we could have done a little better and, generally, help us plan for the future.
As a thank you for your time, we’ve delved into our commemorative memorabilia cupboard and have over 40 (really rather nice) items that we want to make sure go to a good home where they’ll be appreciated to give to people (drawn at random) who complete and submit this survey. If you miss a particular bit, at the end, there’ll be a chance to pop back to it and complete the question, just follow the prompt in red text. Use the “Previous and “Next” buttons on the bottom of each page to move on or return to a question. At the end, you’ll just need to click the “Done” button and your response will be submiited
There are 20 Dylan Thomas 100 t-shirts and 20 poster prints of Fern Hill (signed by Dylan’s grand daughter Hannah Ellis) that you may have seen on the London Underground this summer. In addition, we have a copy of Hannah Ellis’ book (Dylan Thomas: a Centenary Celebration) that will be personalised by the author for one lucky person whose details are drawn.
